By accessing or using CreditPower.AI (“Service,” “Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

CreditPower.AI provides AI-powered credit education and coaching services, including but not limited to:

• Credit score analysis and educational insights
• Personalized credit improvement recommendations
• Debt management strategies and education
• Lender matching and referral services
• Credit education resources and guides
• Community support and tools

CreditPower.AI is not a credit repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) or any applicable state law. We do not:

• Dispute inaccurate information on your behalf with credit bureaus
• Guarantee improvements to your credit score
• Charge fees in advance for credit repair services
• Make claims to remove accurate negative information from your credit report

We empower you with knowledge and tools — you take the action. Any dispute letters or templates provided are for educational purposes only.

All content provided by CreditPower.AI, including AI-generated coaching, articles, tools, and recommendations, is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute:

• Financial advice or investment recommendations
• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Credit counseling (as defined by applicable law)

CreditPower.AI may act as a lead generator and referral partner by connecting users with third-party lenders and financial institutions. By submitting a lender matching request, you acknowledge that:

• We do not make lending decisions and are not a lender or mortgage broker
• Your information may be shared with lending partners (see our Privacy Policy)
• We may receive compensation from lenders when you close a loan
• Loan approval and terms are solely determined by the lender
• A soft credit inquiry may occur during pre-qualification; hard inquiries are initiated by lenders

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Reside in the United States
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@creditpower.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform
• Use our AI coaches to generate content intended to defraud or mislead others
• Resell or redistribute our content without written permission
• Violate the intellectual property rights of CreditPower.AI or third parties

All content on CreditPower.AI — including the CreditPower League characters, OinkPower mascot, brand assets, written content, AI models, and software — is the exclusive property of CreditPower.AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED.

Credit score improvements depend on many factors outside our control. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDITPOWER.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreditPower.AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
